"I’ve had Arrow for almost a year and have only seen a tech once. Yet I’m still being charged quarterly. I spoke with someone who assured me that a tech would come out on Friday and when I called back to make sure they were still coming I was informed that the appointment was moved back 2 more weeks. Meanwhile I find termites around the inside perimeter of my home and still nothing. I will be calling for a refund of all my funds. If I could give zero stars I would."

Through his level of knowledge and ease of explaining different discrepancies commonly found during inspections, it was evident of his Experience in the field. The materials of study, his polite and down-to-earth attitude, and overall "Good Person" vibes made it comfortable and interesting in regards to asking questions about anything I had on mind. "Paul was very quick to respond to my initial request for a quote and followed up with me as well. He was very accommodating in scheduling the inspection and explained things in a way I could understand. He took his time throughout the house and examined everything and especially the areas of the home we mentioned that were concerning to us. One thing I noticed that I thought was very respectful and sweet was that he took his boots off to enter the home. That shows respect to the property owner as well as the home itself. We would recommend and hire again in a heartbeat. The report came back within 24 hours as promised and was very detailed including easy to understand pictures, summary, and even a video."

Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
