Small jobs welcome

"We had an outstanding experience with Castle Home Inspection! This was my first home inspection, and they completely exceeded our expectations. Their commitment, professionalism, and incredible attention to detail truly set them apart. From our very first conversation, they were responsive and accommodating — even managing to fit us in on very short notice. During the inspection, they were thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The detailed summary report afterward was comprehensive and easy to understand, which gave us great confidence in making an informed decision. Both our realtor and my family were equally impressed with the quality of work and dedication. It was genuinely a WOW experience from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend Castle Home Inspection to anyone who needs a reliable and meticulous home inspection service."

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

What Is A Home Inspection?\nA home inspection is a completely investigative process in which a home or property is inspected to determine several things such as how the structure was built and the components used in its construction. It then goes on to locate areas of the home or its components that have been damaged or are past their serviceable lifetimes. The findings are then reported on in accordance with the Arizona Standards of Practice for Home inspectors and submitted to the customer and/or their designated real estate professional.\nThe Home inspection is not intended to intimidate or discourage home buyers/sellers, but to rather be a tool that is utilized so that all information regarding the property is fully and confidently disclosed. \nOnce the the inspection is completed, the findings will be reviewed with the clients either in person or via the phone.

I conduct residential and commercial building inspections. The purpose is for the buyer or seller of a building to determine the condition of the structure with a non invasive inspection from the foundation to the roof and most all that is in between. \nMy reports are non technical in nature so they are easy to read and comprehend with pictures as well as educational illustrations. Customer service is paramount with me and scheduling is simple and easy.

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Bullhead City, AZ

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
