"Jay arrived on time and after explaining the process, began the home inspection. He’s was thorough both inside and outside, and from top to bottom, climbing underneath the deck and into the attic, and checking everything in between. Periodically, he would discuss with me some of his observations before continuing to another area. He was very polite and respectful and even removed his shoes when inside. He was able to address all of my questions and also address how certain repairs could be made. He said the report would be ready that evening and it was.
