"Inspectioneering LLC's services were excellent. Rob showed up on time, went through the entire report while I was there, and followed up within the day with the completed home inspection report and wood-destroying insect inspection report. Inspectioneering LLC performed a home inspection, radon inspection, and wood-destroying insect inspection. Given that the day of the inspection had snow on the roof, Rob noted that he would try again after completion of the radon inspection (radon inspection requires 48 hours of monitoring). There was enough snow melted that Rob was able to fly his drone to inspect the roof where snow was not present. Inspectioneering LLC can also coordinate inspections of the sanitary sewer with Sewer Flow and inspections can occur at the same time. Rob was thorough in his explanations and helpful in explaining what an inspection is and what an inspection is not. Note, the price listed below was for all of the inspections: home, radon, wood-destroying insect, and sanitary sewer. Note, only the person(s) who are to purchase the property are permitted at the inspection."

"The best home inspection we have ever had. John was extremely thorough when going through our future home. Things that I would have never thought to look at, even after making previous purchases, were examined. The report provided was top notch. Everything was in a logical order. Pictures of the actual structure as well as additional information for problem areas were provided. Not to mention how quickly the report came back. I feel 100% more confident in going in to purchase the home."

"Josh was fantastic. I hired Josh twice on two separate inspections. He was able to schedule me within a few days of reaching out to him. He was very professional and very thorough, taking time to explain everything he was looking for and anything that he found of concern. He saved me approximately 50 thousand dollars worth or necessary work, which would have been needed to make the property livable. I would definitely recommend his company to any perspective home buyer."

"Kelly and David arrived early to get a head start to explain any issues they found on the outside of the house before entering inside. They were very thorough during the entire inspection while showing us any concerns about the condition/issues of the property. I received an excellent home inspection report from them in very little time and would recommend them for all services they offer."

"Bob was an excellent inspector. He checked out each and every feature of the building, both exterior and interior. Every step of the way he explained what he found, what was good about that feature or what needed to be improved. I was very impressed with his overall knowledge of home construction as well as local rules and regulations for plumbing, heating, electrical, etc."

"Hired to inspect a home I was trying to buy. Quick to respond, fair pricing, answered every question me and my SO asked about things during the inspection. Ended up backing out of that house and ended up getting under contract for another. Hired him again to inspect this house and the same thing. Would highly recommend"

"<p>This was my second time using Home Check and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.  Bryan was able to answer all of my questions in a clear concise manner during the home inspection.  The report you receive is far more detailed than any home inspection report I have received from other companies and includes pictures and text detailing the different areas of the home inspection making it a great reference to refer back to in the days after you have already left the property.  He was also available to answer any questions after I received the report.  Couldn?t be happier.  </p> <br />"

"Michael is the best! We had an AMAZING experience with him as the inspector for our new home. He was so friendly and involved us in the process, answering all of our questions. We learned so much during the inspection appointment. He didn't just point out issues that needed to be addressed immediately, but also showed us some potential problem areas to keep an eye on. Michael stayed available to answer questions that arose after the inspection and was always so quick to respond. The report he provided was so thorough and was invaluable as first-time home buyers. We are so appreciative of Michael's professionalism and expertise, and highly recommend his services!"

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Cranberry Township, PA

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
