Said there was a small gas leak on the water heater, spent $275 for a plumber to tell me nothing is wrong. They said the furnace was in good condition, but couldn't guarantee how long it would last because it was over 50yrs old. They were wrong again, there was a crack in the heater exchange, so unless we are a fan of carbon monoxide we can not use the furnace. So basically I paid $425 for them to turn things on and not actually inspect anything."

"Wolf was courteous, thorough and punctual. He checked everything from the basement to the roof and all around the outside of the house. He checked appliances, windows, flooring, carpet, bathrooms and laundry room. He inspected and determined the age of all the mechanicals except the sump pump which he could not access. I requested quotes from four different inspectors including one from my realtor. Wolf was the most reasonable and very well recommended and an excellent value for my money. His report was in my email within a couple of hours and he even spoke to my realtor to explain issues he found."
