"Chris is very professional and thorough inspector. My wife and I were completely satisfied with his inspection of our home before we purchased it and would absolutely recommended him to anyone who needs his services."

"They were very nice and professional, but everything they said was wrong with the house I purchased, was wrong. Said there was a small gas leak on the water heater, spent $275 for a plumber to tell me nothing is wrong. They said the furnace was in good condition, but couldn't guarantee how long it would last because it was over 50yrs old. They were wrong again, there was a crack in the heater exchange, so unless we are a fan of carbon monoxide we can not use the furnace. So basically I paid $425 for them to turn things on and not actually inspect anything."

"Andrew Seegar was such a professional,he told us things about the property we didn't know,he put up with the fact I brought my family, Husband,Son,Brother-in-law and Father took his time to shows us everything and point it out to everyone,I could not have asked for a better experience.(Safe Guard Building Inspections..www.BuildingSafeguard.com 513 482 0449)"

He was also prompt, personable and professional. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend Mr. Kitchens for those looking for a transparent communicator who will provide the details you need to make an informed decision on a property or purchase."

"This was my first experience with trying to buy a home. Marty was very thorough and honest with his inspection. He was very transparent and helped me understand the process from beginning to end. I could tell he has years of valuable experience. I will be hiring him again for my next inspection."

"Very thoroughly inspected the home and all associated spaces. Report was very understandable and included pictures of each area that was referenced. Called to do a follow up and explain exactly what was in the report. Very honest, helpful, and respectful when on the phone. Compared to others in the local area price is a bit more but it is worth the report you get at the end."
