"Representative came to estimate new asphalt roof and soffit repair. First told us the would not reattach our gutters because the holes won’t line up. Then said they could repair the tea soffits because of our pool cage. I asked how a company that sells and installs gutters can’t simply reattach ours and she had no answer . Also asked why an experienced contractor remove a dozen screws holding the pool cage to the roof then reattach them she said they just don’t do that work. Finally she gave us an estimate of over twice as much as two other companies. This is twice as much for one third less work given what they can’t do. Urge people avoid this company."

Bob Stephens, the Estimator of Kennedy Construction Groups, came out to look at the problem. After his inspection it was determined that the job was not a fit with his company. Even knowing he would not get the job he spent about 45 minutes offering a doable solution, explaining some of the things to be aware of when hiring roofers in FL, gave us a deeper understanding of the use of solar panels on roofs, and some very useful information about government programs to help consumers with the costs of replacing their roofs. He was very professional, knowledgeable & pleasant with a good sense of humor. Kennedy C.G. will be our 1st choice when the time comes to replace the roof on our house, but hopefully that time will not happen for a while."
