"I hired him to inspect a home for my son who is away at college. Wanted to be sure it was in good condition as he's so far away. Richard agreed to travel 3 hours one way to inspect the home! After his inspection Richard recommended we cancel the sale due to cracks in the foundation and mold he found in the attic. We rescinded the contract on that one. We found another home, again 3 hours away, that we had Richard inspect. He found a few issues, roof needed repair and a couple of electrical issues. Due to these issues we were able renegotiate the price and get a new roof before the purchase. Great Service and very thorough, definitely recommend!!"

This enabled me to see visually what was in the report so I could make an intellectual decision to buy or not. Gerald also included estimates of all the needed repairs.
