I use the latest technology including thermal cameras, crawlspace robots, drones, and other tools necessary to give my client the best analysis of the property condition. My findings are documented using state-of-the-art software and you will receive a detailed report. I communicate with clients and realtors to explain inspection results and answer any questions. I collaborate with real estate agents and other professionals to schedule and coordinate inspections. If asked, I can provide recommendations for repairs or improvements to the property. I work for you and have your best interest at heart. My fees are reasonable because I don't have franchise royalties or a big staff to support.
