"This was my first time to hire an ANGIE contractor. Joseph is the most highly qualified home inspector I have ever hired. He was punctual, professional, honest, and thorough. When we spoke over the phone, he asked several questions, answered all of my questions, and explained all the different inspections I should consider. The call lasted almost 40 minutes! When he arrived for the inspection, he told he would explain the inspection results in person after he was finished, and then send the actual inspection report later that day via email, which he did. His inspection included photos and comments about areas that needed attention (code and safety violations, etc) and cost estimates for each issue. Also included were the age, size, make/model, etc. of all appliances and systems on the property. He was the first of several contractors to contact me right after I sent out requests. If you are buying a house and need a home inspector, give Joseph a call. Highly recommended!"

"This inspection company exceeded my expectations. John was there for 1.5 hours just like he said he would be conducting the inspection. He was prompt, started outside and worked his way in. He was professional, friendly, and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to others."

"Ryan was excellent, on time, was very thorough, explained everything to us (buyers) & to home owner. Professional, would highly recommend. We will keep list of things to repair & use it as our honey to do list once we move in. Thank you Ryan. Daisy"

"Undoubtedly my best experience by way of the HomeAdvisor platform. Prompt, efficient, courteous, respectful and kind. Jerome and his team seriously out performed other companies I have used before, second to none. Rarely do you ever tell your friends about the home inspector you used - if only because it's a once every few years experience. However, because of how professional they were, I have already referred the Action Home Inspection Services team to several real estate professionals and a few friends and family members. It's the team you need on your side when you are needing to get your home inspected. PS. No need to ask them to wear a mask, take precaution or tidy up after themselves when they inspect your home. Those actions alone were reassuring to my family."

"Jason was great! Very friendly and easy to work with. His inspection was thorough and he patiently answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!"

"There isn't a better handy man in the area you can hire that will be better than Paul! He is a very trustworthy person who does excellent work and treats you with respect!"
