"I can not express how appreciative I am for InSight Home Inspections. First off I am big on reading reviews for services I need. I live in an area where most of the reviews were either outdated, non-existent, or down right bad. I reached out to Dan and was told he didn't service my area. I explained my situation and he said he'd try to work me in before the 11-month warranty for our new home. Dan did charge me an extra fee for driving out of his area and I did not mind paying that fee plus more. His amazing reviews definitely was worth it. Dan showed up when expected and explained in detail what was found. I attached the pictures of Dans findings to my home warranty page and 95% of what he found was fixed by the home warranty company. If I wouldn't have hired Dan, I'm positive these things would have gone untouched as I would not have noticed them on my own. 13 of my interior doors had to be fixed. 13!!! I'd only noticed three of them. Thank you so much Dan. I'd hire again if needed."

"David and his son, Chris, arrived on time, in uniform, moved swiftly and surely to inspect every nook and cranny of the home I was buying, from roof peak to the bottom of the pool, and completed the work in the time they said they would, They gave me a verbal and visual summary of their findings, on site, and a written, 39-page document with numerous photographs by email less than 24 hours later. All at a very competitive rate. A very pleasant experience."

"Professional, Honest, Caring & Attentive to detail... What else could you ask for in a Home Inspector? Stephen checked all those marks and completely surpassed our expectations. He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule during this crazy hot real-estate market in Florida and made everything so smooth and streamlined (with us purchasing our home remotely from Texas).
