They were wrong again, there was a crack in the heater exchange, so unless we are a fan of carbon monoxide we can not use the furnace. So basically I paid $425 for them to turn things on and not actually inspect anything."

He’s was thorough both inside and outside, and from top to bottom, climbing underneath the deck and into the attic, and checking everything in between. Periodically, he would discuss with me some of his observations before continuing to another area. He was very polite and respectful and even removed his shoes when inside.
