Overall, I wish I'd gone with a more expensive company that I found on my own. This has made me mistrustful of Angie's list as well. Disappointing."

He refused to provide the basis (measurements) for his recommendations. I have since had two other qualified parties analyze (measure) the area. Both parties came up with the same results (measurements), which are in direct contrast with Jim's findings. Jim was referred by Bill's Concrete, his exclusive referral/partnership source. It appears they have a "convenient" relationship!!! CAREFUL"
