Started in 2002 by Dr. Jack Werner (Lic. #255), A TO Z INSPECTIONS is known as one of the most thorough commercial and home inspection companies in the state! We deliver the most comprehensive inspections, with only state certified inspectors that are highly trained and continually updated in what is going on with constuction and housing issues.\n\nIn our inspections, we always work as a 2 person team. Typically on a 2200 squarefoot, single story slab home, we spend 2-3 hours inspecting the property, giving you 4-6 man hours on your inspection. This is double the time that most companies will spend for you! We also provide all of our customers with a written, 8-part inspection report the day of the inspection that we personally review with you!

"really, sub-par work. The vacuum smelled dusty, I had to follow the guy around to be sure he did all the vents after he told me he had done 2 downstairs and they were both full of dirt in the box part before it goes back to the vent. Overall, I wish I'd gone with a more expensive company that I found on my own. This has made me mistrustful of Angie's list as well. Disappointing."

"BE CAREFUL !!!! Ask for samples of his work product BEFORE you pay his exorbitant fee. NOT WORTH the money. In my case his final drawings were elementary. He refused to provide the basis (measurements) for his recommendations. I have since had two other qualified parties analyze (measure) the area. Both parties came up with the same results (measurements), which are in direct contrast with Jim's findings. Jim was referred by Bill's Concrete, his exclusive referral/partnership source. It appears they have a "convenient" relationship!!! CAREFUL"

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Oklahoma City, OK

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
