"We had the wind blow off a small piece of our roofing trim (facia) I knew it might be hard to get someone to come up for a smaller job. Lived in same city as Shawn and he had great reviews so I called him. He was very responsive and helpful. Came out the following day to replace. Was a tough small job as roof was pretty steep and on second level. He did a great job and stuck with it until he got it replaced right. I know he would prefer larger jobs but very much appreciated him coming out and taking care of this problem for us. Pricing was reasonable, it was a tricky job to replace it."

"sales practices are deceptive. My sales rep came to the house and evaluated my roof. I had no illusions that my roof was in good shape. It needed to be replaced. Victors touts themselves as roof specialists and will give an “honest” evaluation of your roof. I am sure you have seen the commercials. My rep went into the crawl space, on the roof, and presented photos of the roof. The cost was high, and my wife and I said no to the original offer but when they came down in price by $6,000.00, we agreed to the contract. This is where they got us. The price included three sheets of wood but any wood on top of that would be $85.00 per sheet. I asked our rep if he thought all of the wood on our roof would need replacing, and he said no. He said one side of our roof needed replacing but the other side of the roof was good and did not need replacing. But I knew that they would have to replace the wood on part of my roof. I knew this because other companies told us the same thing. Fast forward to the installation. The foreman showed me one board to be replaced and said others would need replacing as well. I told him that I knew some boards would need replacing. When we got to the end of the installation, they informed me that they had replaced all of the wood. Seventy-Three sheets. I was never under the impression that all the wood would need to be replaced. I requested photographs of my roof to justify all of the wood being replaced. They sent photos and only one photo showed one piece of wood with mold. I informed them that I felt scammed. I was told they reviewed the photos and stood by their decision and apologized that the rep did not set the expectation. I brought to their attention that they evaluated that all of my wood needed replacing from photographs but their roof specialist who was in my crawl space, on top of my roof, and told me all the wood did not need replacing could not tell me that all the wood needed replacing. I am now responsible for you guessed it $6,000.00 in wood replacement. Convenient? Suspicious? Yeah. They are shady. I am sure it is also a pure coincidence that after I put down my deposit the balance is almost the exact amount we qualified for in financing plus $700.00. So, beware of Victors. Good product but you will pay for it, and they will deceive you out of every penny you qualify for."

From the start, their time management was poor. I never pressured them for speed, yet they seemed to rush without attention to detail. My towel rack now hangs off the wall because they irresponsibly removed the heavy-duty anchors during demolition, despite knowing all fixtures were to be reinstalled. The tile work is disappointing, with uneven spacing and gaps. When I pointed this out, they tried an ineffective fix that only caused more problems. Their excuse was my walls, which is puzzling since they stripped the shower down entirely to the studs and replaced the drywall themselves; defying logical explanation. There were also numerous grout issues, with inconsistent lines, missing grout, and patches on the tiles. They have yet to fix the chipped tile they caused, offering only a partial credit for a tile that was supposedly out of stock. I had the opportunity to have these issues addressed, but my bathroom has already been out of service for more than three weeks. With a family of six, I required it to be operational immediately. In short, my experience has been marred by poor communication, lack of accountability, and severe time management issues. I cannot recommend AES Property Consultants. Choose a more reliable contractor who values their clients and their work. I deeply regret choosing them for my project."My Review of AES Property Consultants""
