"My wife and I are in the process of buying a home. This is our second home inspection that we've had done. The first was by someone else. Adam was significantly better. And we will use him for all future inspections that we have done. He did a very thorough inspection, from outside to inside top to bottom. He found issues with the house that I would have never noticed (and I'm a fairly detail oriented person). He had me on my hands and knees to make sure I saw everything he saw, and didn't just take his word for it. He even put up with having my two young kids run around the house while he did his work (we couldn't find a sitter on such short notice). He spent about five hours altogether on this inspection. Much longer that I would have expected him to. <br /> I highly recommend him. And I really can't say enough nice things about him. He is funny and makes what could be a quite boring or depressing process into something that is actually fun. Because of his inspection we ended up not purchasing this house, and I didn't walk away sad about it.
