"Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. I’m very thankful for having him as the inspector for our new home!"

"It was such an easy and smooth process to work with this company during our recent home inspection. They were fantastic about communicating, accommodating our busy schedule, short timeline and did such an exceptional job. We thought inspector did such an outstanding job - was efficient but very thorough in his inspection and provided us with excellent recommendations on how to address the issues with the unit. He took the time to talk through all issues and triple checked to make sure we did not have any more questions. Cannot recommend them enough."

"Ed is a real pro, and misses nothing that is in violation of the building code or local codes. If you want an inspection that catches all the issues with a residence for sale, Ed is your guy. his report is easy to read and understand, and the use of many images explains everything to which his narrative refers. Have questions about anything in his report? He will return your call and provide direct answers to direct questions! His grasp of providing quality customer service to his clients is like a breath of fresh air in today's world of "no response after we get paid". Need a solid inspection? Don't waste time looking around for a cheaper price, because if you do you will just get less service."

"The Home Inspector didn't rush he took his time and answer all the questions I continue to asked. I would recommend him to others in the future."
