"Bob Bross HI 2163. Complete Hack. Do not let this person inspect your home. As a buyer or seller this inspector and apparently this company is extremely bad news. They will tell your buyers a house is falling apart over minor wear and tear and then leave critical items from the report. Imagine loosing a sale because the inspector cant find a switch to activate a receptacle."

"We used KM home inspections when we bought our most recent home, and I would never recommend them to anyone. They missed some major issues like the fact that the floor in the main bathroom was rotted out and would sink in when you stepped on it, water damage under the secondary bathroom sink, rotten wood under the kitchen sink where the seller painted over it, and worst of all, a leak in our roof from a missing 8-foot ridge cap (more than one roofer told us it had been missing for two or more years based on the sun bleaching). Windows that were caulked back together. Water damage to the upper kitchen cabinets from a leak So unless you want a home inspector who is only trying to collect a pay check and not actually make sure you or your clients are buying a safe home, I would avoid them at all costs."

"I called Bully properties to set up an appointment for my home to be inspected. Their availability was great. They came out the next day. My inspector Brandon went over the report thorough so I understood what needed repaired He was patient with me and answered all my questions. I would definitely use this company again Very pleased"

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Saint Cloud, FL

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
