Conducting home inspections following the Illinois, FHA, HUD Standards of Home Inspection. Your home inspection report is prepared and submitted no more than 24 hours from the time of inspection. A typed report with photographs will be presented to the client. The 203K work write ups will be prepared and submitted no more than a 48 hour time frame from the time of plan review (inspection).
