"On a Monday morning, I noticed a number of millipedes in my living room and bathrooms. Later that morning, I also found an oriental cockroach in my kitchen. Trying to nip the problem in the bud, I called Reliable that day to report the problem. The customer service rep told me that she could get a technician out around noon the next day. She was also helpful in answering my questions regarding cost and what I should do with my pets. When Tuesday afternoon arrived, the technician arrived about a half hour past what customer service told me. However, he was very courteous and professional, and he got right to the job. I wasn't sure what type of treatment he would be doing, so I had to move things around a little to accommodate the spray treatment around the baseboards. He was very patient and worked ahead in other areas while I moved things about. After the job was finished, the technician explained everything he had done and let me know that the treatment would also be effective on other insects he noticed in the garage such as ants and spiders. Overall, it only took the technician about a half hour to spray the inside and outside perimeter of my house, and the treatment has been effective so far."
