"Bill Koroncai had already arrived and begun the inspection when I got there. His knowledge, expertise, and professionalism were impeccable. We spent a little over 2 hours on the property and he inspected everything he possibly could from rooftop to basement with amazing precision. I was impressed with his knowledge of different aspects of the property in regards to the build/construction and materials. He made very professional suggestions.
