"Unprofessional visit. Showed up unannounced and we only knew they were there because one person stood 10 feet from our porch staring at us in through our living room window. My wife spent 10 minutes talking to them, they stated they had no business cards, they only had an appointment card but didn't present it. Honestly when you show up at someone's house you need some sort of identifier if your walking door to door in casual clothes. After the uncomfortable dead stare through the windows my wife and i have decided to post a No Solicitors sign. They didn't take no for an answer at first, pushing with more questions to circumvent the no she gave, as well as interrupted our dinner, as they showed up right at 6pm."

The office manager, JoAnne Wright, sent me an email with the schedule and the preparation I was to do (access to driveway & debris may fall through skylight opening). The on-site supervisor was a long time employee who knew roofing and answered my questions; the work was performed well (I watched some of the work from a 2nd floor window) and all debris was removed. The gutter installation was excellent and interesting to watch. One man made the seamless gutters, some 45 feet long, and installed them himself. I highly recommend C. L. Wright Roofing, Inc."
