"Inspector was punctual, professional, and thorough. He was so thorough that I think my realtor was mad. He took a very long time doing his inspection, but having bad home inspection experiences in the past, I felt that his thoroughness was a good thing. I feel like home inspectors I’ve used and other family members have used missed a lot and made excuses for not inspecting certain things. His report was extremely thorough and flagged quite a few problems. The thermal pictures were an added bonus. He found many things wrong in the house that the owners were in code violations over. So much so, that they had to give me credits in the home purchase to take care of them.
