"Excellent response time to perform a short notice home inspection for my buyers. Gil did an outstanding job, was pleasant and professional, and was a better value compared to his competition. I'm a Realtor and will recommend Gil to future buyers/ sellers if they need a quick turn around, professional and trustworthy inspector."

"Ezra, the inspector, was very methodical in his inspection. He answered any question we had and was very personable. Iâ m extremely pleased with his service and would utilize him again."

"Todd Buck was quick to respond and did a thorough inspection of our new home. I highly recommend Todd for any of your home inspection needs."

"Greg was great! He was always on time, professional, and very approachable with all of our questions. His reports were clear with pictures of everything. He was extremely thorough and we were confident he found everything wrong with the house.
I am so glad we had him come to re-inspections after the owners of the house we were buying said they fixed some expensive issues. He found the work was insufficient and saved us a lot of money!
The termite inspector he had come was Michael J. Paschke with PM Pest Control. Michael was great as well! He found termites and after the owners had it treated reviewed the reports to warn us it was not treated properly, again saving us a lot of money.
I would highly recommend Greg and Michael!

"Tim did such thorough job for the entire house. He found the smallest issues that would of been hard to find. He went above and beyond from taking his time to inspect every inch of the house, also writing up the report and providing pictures, and offer recommendations. I highly recommend CRAC to anyone."

"They're very thorough, fantastic price. What I found valuable is that even though they were very thorough, they delivered their inspection results in a way that anyone could understand and not be intimidated by it."

"Thank you to JJ and Vannier Home Inspections. JJ took very good care of us during our due diligence period for our second home purchase. In the past, when our first home was inspected, the "inspector" missed damaged (flood damage) kitchen cabinets, non-code compliant electrical wiring, and broken trusses in the attic - all of which were readily visible. I was very frustrated when I discovered these things after closing on the home, and I felt ripped off by the inspection company. Live and learn. Fast forward to today - JJ spent over 3 hours in our prospective home - which is a modest 3 bed, 2 bath home. Everywhere this guy could fit his body into was inspected and photographed. No details were missed. He walked us through the house and pointed out everything in his report. He also gave us a professional and insightful presentation on his laptop computer explaining the issues, going through the photos, and possible ways of getting issues fixed. All of our questions were answered and lots of solutions were given. I felt like JJ was looking through this home as if he was buying for his own family or a close family member. He was very thorough, I feel like we got our money's worth, and we now have comprehensive knowledge about what our prospective home needs right away, and what can wait for some weekend touch up jobs. Not a lot of people care about their line of work they chose in life. This guy REALLY cares and it's obvious. I would recommend JJ to anyone needing a home inspection. I would also recommend him as a mentor if you are looking to get into the business. Not sure if he is mentoring... just would be nice if more people in this field had better training."
