"Excellent from beginning to end. Very professional outfit from initial visit, quote, scheduling, work, followup. Price was reasonable, work quality went above and beyond, and radon levels dropped well below even the contractual level."

"Ernie Haas provided a very thorough examination of our roof which enabled us (after much back and forth with our roofer (DCF Contracting)) to ensure that all necessary and required repairs were made to our roof. Mr. Haas stayed in contact with us for more than a month to ensure that any questions or issues we had were addressed."

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

Buying a home is an exciting and complex achievement. In order to have a positive purchase experience and feel successful at the time of sale of your property you need to have the right information up front. That is how I can help you and contribute to your success. Home construction is something I am passionate about; I chose to work in this industry because it is always interesting. After 25 years of experience in home construction I have encountered all kinds of imaginative and crazy homes. Now I want you to benefit from what I have learned. As a Certified Home Inspector I will provide you with an inspection report and summary of construction related and safety issues with photos and narratives. My professional home inspection is a visual non-invasive check of all the systems and components of a home. I inspect the plumbing and electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, windows and doors, built in appliances, water drainage, decks, crawl space, garage, exterior, interior, structural components, roof, insulation and ventilation. Along with other experts in the field of real estate, I have the knowledge, experience and resources to give you the information you need to help insure a property you like is a good fit for you.

"Bullseye conducted an inspection prior to buying my home. The inspector cleared it without finding any big issues, so I purchased and moved in. I scheduled a home efficiency audit, not because anything was broken, but because I wanted ways to improve my energy efficiency. The tech pointed out the ducts in my attic were not authorized under AZ standards and the air conditioning unit installed was too big for the sq ft. He said a qualified home inspector exercising reasonable care and skill should have been able to ID the conditions during a standard inspection. These noncompliant conditions existed at the time of the inspection and were observable. I contacted Mr. Perkins, requesting that he either file a claim with his insurance or assist with covering the cost of the corrections. His insurance denied the claim due to the statute of limitations, and since then I have not heard from him. I am disappointed with the level of professionalism, accountability and thoroughness I received."

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Yakima, WA

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
