"I have extremely wonderful experience with Mr. Dilon (NJ Trust Home Inspections). He was flexible in scheduling, prompt in his service and most of all he has lot of experience. He clarified all my doubts/questions during the inspection. He provided detailed report within 24 hours of inspection and walked me through the key observations. He did radon gas and oil tank sweep check as well, which saved me lot of time and I didn't require to co-ordinate with several inspectors. Not all inspectors do this. Thank once again Dillon!!!!"

"Jim is a great person and a high-quality professional. A home inspection is a very difficult process if you are selling a home. The seller experiences a great amount of concern about the outcome and the effects on the sale of their home. Our experience with Jim was exceptional. He made the sellers feel comfortable and explained that he is not doing any more than pointing deficiencies that need to be rectified when required. He also complemented the sellers on the cleanliness and pride of ownership they exhibited in the home. In our case the home was in good condition but did have some deficiencies which the sellers accepted due to the way Jim explained everything. He treated the sellers with respect and the process ended with everyone concerned being quite happy. The inspection was thorough and highlighted everything that should be attended to."
