"The experience was pleasant and professional. Jeremy was honest and sincere in his assessment. He was thourough, and took the necessary time to identify any potential issues including subtle yet necessary issues such as sealing. As he gave the run down of the inspection, he would mention his observations, and supplement them with his opinion. One that comes to mind is the belly in the sewer line. He observed that there was a belly in sewer line but it did not pose drainage issue at the time of the scope. Nonetheless, he recommended getting a second opinion from a licensed plumber. Also, he mentioned loose electrical plugs will be noted in red because they involve electricity. That's not to say that they are alarming but that they can become over time. This is just to name a few of the many elements I thought were resourceful during our interaction. "
