"I can not express how appreciative I am for InSight Home Inspections. First off I am big on reading reviews for services I need. I live in an area where most of the reviews were either outdated, non-existent, or down right bad. I reached out to Dan and was told he didn't service my area. I explained my situation and he said he'd try to work me in before the 11-month warranty for our new home. Dan did charge me an extra fee for driving out of his area and I did not mind paying that fee plus more. His amazing reviews definitely was worth it. "Professional, Honest, Caring & Attentive to detail... What else could you ask for in a Home Inspector? Stephen checked all those marks and completely surpassed our expectations. He was able to squeeze us into his busy schedule during this crazy hot real-estate market in Florida and made everything so smooth and streamlined (with us purchasing our home remotely from Texas).
