"this is a one person company the inspector is the owner and is very well versed in construction and with pest control i did not have a radon test done at my discretion but it was recommended every outlet switch , panel was inspected and wiring was checked to make sure proper gauges was installed, this was my second dealing with a home inspection service and i was impressed"
