"I recently had the pleasure of using the Applebach home inspection services provided by my realtor. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and I highly recommend their services. First and foremost, Scott - the home inspector assigned to my property was incredibly thorough. They meticulously examined every nook and cranny, leaving no stone unturned. Their attention to detail was evident, as they took the time to explain each step of the inspection process. Scott impressed me the most was the comprehensive report I received after the inspection. It was clear, concise, and provided detailed insights into the condition of the property. The report included photographs, specific observations, and recommendations for any necessary repairs or maintenance. It was evident that the home inspector went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information needed to make informed decisions. I now feel confident in making an informed decision about the property I am considering purchasing."

"Cody is an extremely detailed home inspector. He is very thorough and great at explaining his findings in easy to understand terms and without making it seem like the sky is falling. He has a ton of knowledge about homes, common issues and what is easily fixed and what could be a bigger problem or safety issue. I've used him personally to inspect my own home and am also a Realtor who has had clients use him. After trying out different home inspection companies, I'm so glad I found Cody and Valley Home Inspections. He is the best I've worked with and my clients all love him and how thorough he is. His reports are easy to understand too which I love!"

"The mobile home home inspection went well. Jason was very thorough and professional. Cost was reasonable but did not include termite inspection. Additional contractors were recommended to evaluate sub flooring issues that were found. Although I am passing on the purchase of the mobile home, will reach out to Americana again."

"I highly recommend Kevin and his services. He is extremely detailed and noticed many items that I would not have located. He also did my post-frame inspection and identified items that would have been missed and covered up by my builder. Not all Home Inspectors are the same --- therefore, if you are looking for someone that is detailed, personable and has your back, Kevin should be your selection. I've worked with 3 inspectors in the past 15 years and Kevin is easily at the top. <br />"

FAQs for complete home inspection projects in Chandler, AZ

An electrical inspection usually takes one to two hours. During the inspection, your electrician will follow the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure your home is safe and up to legal safety standards. They'll check your electrical system, including wires, appliances, meter box, panel, circuit breakers, and more.

Afterward, you'll receive a detailed checklist of everything they examined, along with a report highlighting any urgent issues—often with photos. They might also offer tips on how to save energy and improve your system's efficiency.

Regular electrical inspections protect your home and family by ensuring that every part of your electrical system operates safely. Scheduling inspections reduces the risk of electrical fires and cuts high insurance premiums by detecting problems early. Inspections defend against hidden system failures and maintain your property’s overall value, making them an essential part of home maintenance.

Full home electrical inspections are essential when buying a new home because every wiring detail must be evaluated. If you are not purchasing a home and have no significant concerns, a basic safety inspection is sufficient. However, for older properties or homes that have not been inspected for a long time, a comprehensive inspection is required to detect hidden issues and ensure complete safety.
