"Shaun, the owner was wonderful and accommodated all my requests. Many home inspection companies do not test well-water which I required. Thus Shaun provided a one-stop service! Many home inspectors do not have the knowledge, as evidenced in his report, that Shaun has accumulated. I am a real estate investor and have had numerous home inspections over 30+ years. Shaun also used to great advantage his Flir temperature sensing gun providing proof of functioning of plumbing, refrigerators, ovens, and A/C units. Shaun also took videos of the insides of the sewer lines including the main into the septic tank to verify their condition. He performed a septic system inspection too. My only disappointment was that I could not watch the videos in high resolution and so was not able to see what Shaun could see when he took the videos. Shaun's Report was the best organized and summarized of all that I remember. I will use him again for my next purchase."
