"I can not express how appreciative I am for InSight Home Inspections. First off I am big on reading reviews for services I need. I live in an area where most of the reviews were either outdated, non-existent, or down right bad. I reached out to Dan and was told he didn't service my area. I explained my situation and he said he'd try to work me in before the 11-month warranty for our new home. Dan did charge me an extra fee for driving out of his area and I did not mind paying that fee plus more. His amazing reviews definitely was worth it. Dan showed up when expected and explained in detail what was found. I attached the pictures of Dans findings to my home warranty page and 95% of what he found was fixed by the home warranty company. If I wouldn't have hired Dan, I'm positive these things would have gone untouched as I would not have noticed them on my own. 13 of my interior doors had to be fixed. 13!!!
