"The first inspector I called quoted $2000 to do a lead inspection I got disappointed When True North quoted $75, I thought I heard wrong I paid the invoice and they did the inspection on the weekend The service is fabulous and I highly recommend them for your inspection needs They went above and beyond what was required and gave additional advice on my rental property which I will incorporate into my remodel plan They provided old fashion service with an old fashion price Unbelievably good"

"David is legit the best home inspector ever! And this is my second time working with David. As a first time home buyer I really didnâ t know how inspections work but David walks you through the entire home sharing helpful tips on parts of the home ans how to improve it. He then provides such a detailed report (with the fastest turn-around ever!). His reports are so thorough and filled with key resources that I expect to keep my report and use it as a my manual for the home and general maintenance. If I could give David more than 5 stars I would - his professionalism and knowledge is unmatched and I highly recommend everyone book David."

"The inspection was complete and informative.... Issues we discoved I was able to settle with the seller before I completed the puchase."

"NE Renovations is a general contractor whose network of contractors provided services to me as I was getting ready to sell the house.  The electrical service went very well with Mr. Martucci doing great work and advising me about things that did not need to be done.  I feel that he was a great advisor!
The flooring in the basement also went very well with the NE folks advising me about the best way to approach the installation.  Everything was perfect when they left.  I truly appreciated their workmanship.

"They take money on muy account for my home warranty service, and they are very responsive, and very reliable. They send Repair companies to my house for repairs and services."

I only work in areas that interest me and that I feel I can make a difference for other people. Homebuyers need someone who can see beyond the surface and ensure they are making a smart decision. I can help by giving some reassurance and guidance. When you want to travel and see the world, the last thing you want is to worry about the details. I'll take those steps ahead of time, ensuring your experience has few, if any, avoidable pitfalls.
