"I am in the process of purchasing a home and dealing with all the run around has been daunting at best. I figured finding a home inspector while being out of state was going to be another weeks long task, but Jeff Allen was a breath of fresh air. He was quick to respond, got on my project within a couple days and had the report to me within 36 hrs. He did a thorough inspection and the report he wrote was very thorough and included photos of the issues. He has even been extremely responsive afterwards and checked back in to make sure I didn't have any questions and that I understood everything. He even told me that when I was ready to have the non essential work done to contact him and he would help me find contractors.
