"On time, very thorough, took his time and went through the house, roof and crawl space with a fine line. Would recommend this business to anyone that needs a fantastic home inspection."

"We had a really good experience with him. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what he was looking for. After the inspection, he took the time to go over everything with us and answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. He was also just a genuinely nice guy and very easy to talk to. The whole process felt comfortable and straightforward, and we never felt like we were being rushed through anything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. It’s always nice to work with someone who takes their job seriously but is also just a great person to deal with."

"As my husband said, "that guy is dynamite". Tony did a fantastic job inspecting the home and advocating for us as buyers. He explained the process very thoroughly and did a great job identifying issues in the home. I highly reccomend him."

"I only wish I could get more than five stars! Mr Romero did a outstanding job for us. On time, thorough and totally professional including a follow-up just make sure that we at all of our questions answered. If you're looking for a home inspector that will give you an a+ service this is the company."

"ATTENTION REALTORS & BUYERS! I would highly recommend partnering with Felix and Rockwood Home Inspections. We decided to purchase a home that was built in 1900, (that's 121 years ago). Felix took on this home with a scrutiny and assessment like I have never seen. I have been on both the mortgage side and the Realtor side in previous careers and this inspection report was second to none! This inspection, (87 pages of incredible detail), not only uncovered some issues that we would want to address in the future, but items that the seller needed to repair prior to closing. Rest assured, you will feel very safe and secure when you trust Rockwood Home Inspections to confirm that you should move forward with your purchase (or possibly re-think it). Realtors, I would highly recommend you add Felix to your list of recommended inspectors, you won't regret it."
