"Matthew did a great job inspecting the mobile home, and pointed out each step of the inspection as I followed him around. I would definitely hire him again if I needed another inspection."

"Even though this is our 3rd home, I had yet to walk through a full home inspection. I would recommend this be done for all potential homeowners. My inspector, Todd was as thorough as if he had built this home. He is extremely knowledgeable and allows customers the chance to ask ?inspections for dummies? type questions. I was very comfortable and pleased with his intricate knowledge of the home inspection. Finally, his report provided immediately after the inspection is best in class business practices. I would recommend him all day everyday."

"My first home purchasing and home inspection experience and I could not be more Grateful to Jim. He arrived early before me and started performing the outside inspection first, then the inside. Jim was professional and thorough, very kind and personable! He showed and explained things to me as well as delivered a report with all the details and pictures. A++++++ job, I would highly recommend Illinois Property Inspections to everyone! Jim was the Best!"

"Edward got into every part of this house, areas that where rather difficult to get into. From the time Edward arrived on the inspection site he conducted himself with the most professional attitude. He took me around to all the problem areas and explained the problem in detail, even though he was to provide a very detailed report."

"Gary was great on following up after the inspection was complete and I received my written report. He made sure I had no additional questions and concerns. He did a very thorough inspection and went through each area of concern with me. I was completely satisfied with the service Gary of Northern Illinois Home Inspection Services provided."

"Their services were good. They didn't go above and beyond, but we were happy with their service. They just kind of inspect the house and then gave us a report. He had a good knowledge. He was here on time."

"It was a very good service. It was nice and quick. He provided the details and he found the issue, he provided the feedback of the house to the previous owner and there is no issue. He is precise and specific, inspect every detail of the house, he helped us to estimate the furnace, old pipes before gone into this thing, and it is very helpful to us a lot. I would recommend him to any other people who would be needing any inspection in their real estate property. Very professional kind of customer service. Very good price and very affordable."

"He's top notch and checks everything went into chimney to check!"
