"Ken was very knowledgeable and looked at everything. More so than other inspectors we have used. Found numerous electrical issues. Noted obvious window issues with the 62 year old wood windows and 20 plus year HVAC. Pointed out positives like solid 2x8 joists that were fully 2 inches wide and metal above concrete next to wood that is effective at deterring termites. Found cracked chimney liners and pointed out safety issues like no hand rail on outside staircase. Most impressive was in his crawl space review looked at all drains for leaks. House had a brand new totally rehabbed bathroom. Had me flush the toilet and found it to be leaking Into the crawl space. Great job on finding that. We will use him for all our future purchases.
