"Ryan was very thorough with the.home inspection, explained what he was doing, what to watch for. Why things do or don't need to be done. He worked with my agent, and the owners to find the keys to the garage and honored the quoted price. Over a great experience. And a kind down to earth man. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone else needing a home inspection."

"We had a really good experience with him. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what he was looking for. After the inspection, he took the time to go over everything with us and answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. He was also just a genuinely nice guy and very easy to talk to. The whole process felt comfortable and straightforward, and we never felt like we were being rushed through anything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. It’s always nice to work with someone who takes their job seriously but is also just a great person to deal with."
