"I've never met a more skilled and professional inspector who goes above and beyond to provide the best service. I purchased a home in KY and called Carlo the night before to go a full inspection the next morning. He walked me through his procedure and was extremely detailed. Carlo was not afraid to get into all the nooks and crannies of the home. Afterwards he gave me a very detailed inspection report that highlighted issues in the home the owner didn't even know!!! All in all, 10/10 would recommend Carlo to anyone!"
