It's common for reviewers to reiterate his thoroughness, which is true, but an element my family appreciated, that we don't see mentioned often, is his thoughtfulness. Considering his inspection can take a fair amount of time, Mike brought with him a cooler full of drinks, snacks, tools, and chargers that he insisted we use at our leisure.
