The actual inspection took a couple of hours but what really impressed us was that we received the 25+ page detailed report that evening. You can tell Dylan is very detail-oriented and thorough. The report was emailed to me and available online. It even had videos! One video showed a slow but active leak from my outside faucet next to the crawl space door which was very important to know as it definitely would have become a big problem if left unaddressed potentially leading to mold growth in the crawl space. We are considering hiring Property Doc to come out every year or two to conduct a wellness inspection because proactive is less expensive than reactive when it comes to home ownership so I am learning.
