"Our inspector, Brian, was fantastic. He was very efficient, punctual, kind, and a great communicator. He answered all of our questions and even provided further inspection recommendations. His review was amazingly comprehensive and thoroughly detailed. If I had to recommend a home inspection company and agent to anyone it would be WIN Home Inspection and Brian. This was good work."

"Eric and Ryan did an outstanding job. From the quote to the scheduling was seamless and quick as both were done same day. Ryan performed the home inspection and did a great job walking me through the home. He walked me through how to operate shut offs as well. Overall if I need inspectors again I will be going here and cannot recommend them enough."

"Pro was very responsive and gave a reasonable price. I recently scheduled a home inspection for the house we are in the process of buying."

"He was absolutely phenomenal. Followed up after the inspection to make sure everything went well. Would highly recommend to anyone out there needing a home inspection."

"Jim was courteous and professional. He was also punctual and took the time to answer all my questions. Their website made it very easy to schedule the inspection."

"Jeremiah did an amazing job! He stayed all day to check every inch of the house, used thermal imaging and even a drone, radon tested several different areas and walked us though the house when he was finished to show what us what needed to be repaired, not just gave report and let us figure it out. He spent about an hour just pointing out everything! Incredibly detailed, thorough and just fantastic work! After the repairs were suggested, and if the seller agrees, Jeremiah said he'd come back to verify the work and help us with any home projects in the future! He's so good, we hired him to do 2 inspections and will keep hiring him for all our home buying and project needs!"

"If you are looking to purchase a home, you want get a thorough inspection before spend a good portion of your income. This was our fifth home purchase and the most detailed inspection we have experienced. We believe it was worth every dollar spent as we made this purchase without a real estate agent who sometimes team with an inspector to help make a sale. ALC Inspection is a very professional company who will work on your behalf to give you some insight of the not-so-obvious issues most home buyers tend to overlook. When you know these things going into the deal, you feel better about what you are buying whether a home is new or preowned. Thank you ALC Inspection."

"He inspects every inch of the house.  If it isn't perfect he will tell you even if it will pass codes.  He inspects every phone line, light fixtures, and outlets.  It blew my mind when we were getting ready to move in he was upstairs doing the inspection he pulled the blind up and saw that we were still moving and it was getting dark and about to rain so he came out and helped us finish moving.  Not only did he inspect things he cleaned as well he did not leave one piece of garbage around.  He went above and beyond.  Out of all of the other inspection companies he was the least expensive.  He doesn't try to upsell you on anything."
