"I hired this company in 2024 to remove bats from my attic, and despite multiple visits and significant cost, the problem has never been resolved. We continue to have bats in the attic, and recently one entered our living space. As a result, my son and I had to undergo rabies vaccinations, leading to thousands of dollars in medical expenses and a very stressful experience. Now, after all of this, the company is claiming my warranty is void because I had a new roof installed and did not notify them immediately. I understand if this was their first visit and I had forgotten to tell them but this has been an ongoing issue and it feels like an excuse to avoid taking responsibility. I hired this company to eliminate a serious health and safety issue, but they have failed to do so. The service has been ineffective, and I cannot recommend this company."
