"Ken was early to the site (beat us by 10 minutes), thoroughly professional and took time to answer any questions we had during the home inspection process. Even though it was the 4th of July holiday weekend, he still agreed to meet us on Sat morning for the inspection. The following morning (Sun) we received a comprehensive inspection report online. It could also be printed to a pdf for future reference. In all, I cannot recommend Ken highly enough. There's a reason he has an "A" rating on Angie's List and it's because he performs outstanding work at a competitive price. Highly recommended if you need a no-stone-left-unturned home inspection as part of your escrow. Oh, and in closing, he even outdid the termite inspector who stated in his report the roof eaves "were inaccessible due to height". (The home in question is an A-frame mountain cabin with a pitched roof that is 20+ feet high.) Ken, however, had the appropriate equipment and scaled the steeply-pitched top of the house as part of his inspection."
