Despite being a Saturday, Doran recognized the urgency of our issue, came out to visit late in the day (and at great distance) and literally help us avoid a potential fire. We’d had another company out earlier that day on an emergency basis and their quote was not only ridiculous, but it was clear the lack of experience in the electrician sent. On first appearance, Doran is kind, cheerful and humorous. Interesting guy! But he carries all the expertise in his thinking and process. He is incredible! You cannot fake experience. "I'm a property manager who is always looking for good service people and I highly recommend Flood Brothers. My first problem at a property was finding a plumber who would be able to replace a tankless heater as not all of them do. These guys did so and were prompt and professional and very easy to deal with and they also gave the lowest estimate! They also let me know that the previous unit was something that should never have been installed because it was a dated unit from a manufacturer that is no longer is in business. I was in a jam at another property some weeks later out in Venice -- some plumbers will not service Venice because it's too far away, but it was Flood Brothers to the rescue. They managed to come out the same afternoon to diagnose and fix a leak just as my guests were arriving for their stay. It was a simple fix (for a plumber, not a layman) and they let me know and charged a fair price. Giulio and Brendan are pros and really nice and went out of their way to turn my headache into a solution. I will be calling them again."

"Mike Cantor (20/20 Advanced Property & Mold Inspection) was referred to us by a family member when we recently brought a home. He is the absolute best, most thorough, and professional inspector we have worked with. Mike responded immediately when we contacted him for a home inspection that we wanted done ASAP because of our short escrow time. We were able to set up the inspection in the same week. Mike arrived early on the date of inspection around 8:45 am (start time was 9:00 am). He requested about 7 hours to perform the inspection which caught the owner and realtor both by surprised as most home inspector only gave a cursory 3 hours inspection. Mike was meticulous in his inspection and took time to points out many aspects of the house's construction, remodeling, and reconstruction that we were unaware of. He was extremely detailed in his inspection and documentation with videos, still photos, and even drones (to inspect the roof). Mike was still going strong around the 7th hours which irked the seller/ realtor but was extremely favorable and reassuring to us when we are making such a large purschase/ investment. Mike is a little bit more expensive than your run of the mills home inspector but he is worth every pennies and more. He ended up discovering multiple issues with our house that were not apparent to us on our examinations. We ended up negotiating with the owner to reduce the sale price by $40,000. Mike continued to help us with recommendations after the completion of the inspection on vendors (termite, landscaper, roofer, etc) who he felt were reliable. We can honestly say that Mike Cantor truly loves his work and he is the only inspector we are going to use or recommend going forward. Can't thank you enough Mike."

"Because we had a roof leak that had caused water damage in a number of areas throughout our house, we were naturally very concerned about the possibility of mold developing.
