"Ryan was very thorough with the.home inspection, explained what he was doing, what to watch for. Why things do or don't need to be done. He worked with my agent, and the owners to find the keys to the garage and honored the quoted price. Over a great experience. And a kind down to earth man. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone else needing a home inspection."

"We had a really good experience with him. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what he was looking for. After the inspection, he took the time to go over everything with us and answer all of our questions, which we really appreciated. He was also just a genuinely nice guy and very easy to talk to. The whole process felt comfortable and straightforward, and we never felt like we were being rushed through anything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. It’s always nice to work with someone who takes their job seriously but is also just a great person to deal with."

"Communication throughout this process for a first time homebuyer is huge and Curtis excelled at this! Any questions we had about the home Curtis was able to answer and help us understand. Highly recommend his services!"

"Very thorough inspector! Talked me through all of his observations as he worked. Pointed out which things I should ask for from the seller and which things I should take care of myself. Even showed me how to use different things in the home I was not familiar with."

"Very thorough inspection and very professional. Highly recommend!"

"I have hired other home inspectors in the past, but I believe Matthew was much more thorough than others I have hired. He took the time to explain each issue of concern, and pointed out things to look for that I hadn't seen during my earlier walk through. He was patient with me and took the time to answer all of my questions. Matthew emailed a final report that was so thorough and complete that it consisted of 78 pages when I printed it. Before hiring Matthew, the longest inspection report I'd ever received was 27 pages. I highly recommend Matthew for home inspections, whether you're considering a purchase or if you just want to know how your house is holding up."
