Water Damage Restoration Companies in Scottsdale, AZ

"After the demolition of the water and mold damaged area, we started the Rebuild portion of this project with new insulation, flooring, drywall and painting. Excellent workmanship and ability to adapt to a small leak project that ended up in a large area with a total loss of base cabinets. Contractor was very respectful of our budget and worked to find solutions we could afford."

"Easy to work with, good problem solver, fair price"

"I had an excellent experience with D&I Solutions during my mold remediation. From start to finish, they were incredibly thorough, professional, and detail-oriented. They didn’t just treat the obvious problem—they took the time to carefully inspect and identify exactly where the leak originated, which gave me real peace of mind. What really stood out to me was how clean and organized they kept the entire work site throughout the process. That level of care makes a huge difference when you’re already dealing with the stress of mold in your home. They also went above and beyond by helping navigate communication with my HOA, which ultimately led to them contributing toward the cost. A special thank you to Mike, who was especially thorough and attentive. His attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right did not go unnoticed. I’m truly impressed and highly recommend D&I Solutions to anyone dealing with mold issues."

"Thanks for Adams for being punctual and showing up on time as promised! They communicated with me on when the guys were showing up and did a great job explaining the demolition process and what I should expect. Moving onto the rebuilding process, it was a long, extensive process my patience ran short because my adjuster took forever. Due to my frustration, the general manager Topaz gave me a courtesy call and reassured me that they are on top of everything, and to not worry. Now everything is rebuilt and it looks wonderful."
