I reside on the 2nd floor, and I have been documenting the situation through video recordings since the incident occurred. To facilitate a thorough review by contractors, I have compiled a YouTube playlist showcasing the steps taken by the water mitigation team in my unit. It's a two-bedroom condo with two baths.
