Separate identification of serious items that need to be addressed. After the general inspection, had a 45 minute "debrief" of general and specific results, as needed. Also a home walk-through pointing out the different system pieces (such as obscure interior shutoffs for exterior water faucets, hidden air intake under the elevated deck, among others). The level of professionalism in the inspectors and the office staff was exceptional."
