"The was inspector was very thorough, and gave me 116 pics general and detailed of the items he found. I had a few questions , and called him, and he explained everything I asked in detail and pretty much went over thr whole inspection . I was very pleased with his prompt service and attention to detail. I would definitely use him again if I have the need for another home inspector, I felt like he kept us from facing some possibly big ticket items in the future ."

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."

"The company representative was late and did not inform that he would be late.
I showed master bathroom had spider web issues but the spiders were not visible at the time of inspection.
Representative deemed interior treatment was not necessary.
I now have a couple of places with spider webs in the entryway and the master bathroom as well.

"Jiri Svoboda was recommended to me from Ryland Home Builders in 2007 when I needed to enclose a large doorway with French doors to create an office. He did a magnificent job! He is a master in carpentry and drywall. Since that time, he has completed the following tasks for me: Inspected my second home before I purchased it in 2012 and his inspection was on point. At that time, he gave me an estimate of all the work I needed completed so I knew exactly what I was getting into. Thereafter, the added benefit was that he did most of the remodeling. He added a closet to an unused room and matched the crown molding and doors to create a forth bedroom that fits seamlessly into my home; He removed 2400 square feet of popcorn ceilings and left them flawless; Removed a wall between the breakfast room and the family room creating a great room; Built solid wooden shelving in the entire rear of the two-car garage and a ramp into the shed; I highly recommend Jiri for home inspection and any needs regarding carpentry and home improvement. He is professional, respectful of your home and cleans up perfectly after the job."

"The technician did an excellent job. It did take a while to get the repair finished, but that was due to Bertazzoni delivering the parts. I have had multiple problems with this particular appliance. My range now works better than it did when new, but I have a feeling that even if I have continuing problems with it, American Home Shield will just repair rather than replace due to the cost of the range. By the way, I'm not exactly sure of the date of the repair."
