"BEST experience! We are so impressed with Mike. We were looking for a home inspector for a recently purchased home. I contacted Mike and he was remarkably fast with a reply. He provided me with a few options for dates, all within 2 weeks of my email inquiring about scheduling a day and time. His documents are all sent online, so signing the contract is done before the inspection, therefore saving us time. Also, the cost is extremely competitive, and is actually lower than many home inspectors. He arrived with his team (2 people come out) 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. From the very start they were two of the nicest and approachable people you’ll ever met. He explained the process in detail. We followed Mike around the entire time, while his co-worker went ahead and inspected parts of the house. They have a very efficient way of dividing up portions of the home. Mike took notes using audio-recording, so he could have the most detailed overview when it came time for writing up the report. He stopped and explained EVERYTHING in detail. He used a camera on a 40 ft pole and took a ton of aerial and close up photos. The report was emailed to us in about an hour of when they left the home. It’s 87 pages long and has something like 75 pictures(?) After the inspection I contacted Mike for recommendations for professionals to come out to the home and look at some problems that Mike identified. Not only did mike have two or more recommendations for each problem, but he responded to each email (I sent a lot) in under 3 minutes. In short, they were both incredibly patient with us, answered a billion questions, were efficient, and involved us in every part of the inspection. Also, it does help that they both had a great sense of humor! 100% would recommend them to my best buddies and my family."
