"Peter was very professional and extremely thorough.  He took his time to do the inspection, 2.5 hours, and covered everything I wanted or needed covered.  He also spent time to explain everything to me as he went along and answer any questions I might have.  It was his idea that I should accompany him on the inspection if I was available which made a lot of sense and helped out greatly.  I would highly recommend his services. His price was fair and there were no extra hidden fees.  A home Inspection is probably NOT something you want to cut corners on and go with the cheapest person.
