"Excellent experience! Darren was very knowledgeable and professional. Darren contacted me within a few minutes of me checking online for an inspector, and I could tell just by our phone conversation that he was experienced, serious, and open. We agreed on a date/time, but my wife and I arrived late. He had already started the inspection, but he took his time to start over and walk us through everything he just did outside, then walked us through the entire rest of the inspection. We asked a lot of questions and he was able to stop and explain things in detail. He listened to what we were were looking for in a home and what we planned on doing with it, offering advice for future improvements, sharing his experience and knowledge on all kinds of house improvement subjects. I think we bombarded him with all kinds of home repair related questions that may not even had anything to do with the inspection, but he answered them all and offered advice! When just before the inspection, there was a major storm in the area, and the city lost power, I asked him what we would do, and his answer was "I can still inspect most of the house without power, so I plan on being there!". He was ready to go at the agreed upon time! Fortunately the house had power and the inspection went off without a hitch. I highly recommend Darren for your house inspection!"
